I focus on progressive overload and proper technique, ensuring that every exercise is performed safely and effectively. You’ll not only do the movements but also understand why each exercise matters, learning the principles behind the training so you can continue to improve long-term.

During our sessions, I provide guidance on form, intensity, and progression, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and feel confident in the gym.

 

I currently offer sessions at M&P Fitness (Victoria, Gozo), creating a motivating environment where you can push yourself and achieve your fitness goals with support and knowledge.
